How do I return my order?

Within 14 days after receiving your order, select the items you want to return and choose the desired return method.
2. Pack 2. Pack
Pack the items you want to return and add the packing slip. Don't forget to remove the old shipping label.
3. Send 3. Send
Bring your package to a post office within 3 business days after registration.
4. Refund 4. Refund
Once our distribution center has received your return you will receive a refund or an adjusted Klarna invoice. The return costs will automatically be deducted from your refund.
